CartMC Terms and Conditions

Disclaimer: CartMC is an independent community and is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. All rules and policies below apply to participation in our Minecraft server, Store, and other CartMC services.

1. Moderation & Account Conduct

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, CartMC staff may take action against users who:

• Create alternate accounts (alts) to bypass rules or bans.

• Use bots or engage in spam in chat, forums, Discord, or other CartMC platforms.

• Post inappropriate content, including usernames, messages, topics, or replies.

• Attempt to evade punishments or restrictions imposed by staff.

Actions may include:

• Warnings

• Temporary or permanent bans

• Username changes

• Account deletion in cases of bot accounts, repeated violations, or inappropriate behavior

All actions depend on the severity of the situation, and staff decisions are final.

1. CartMC Minecraft Server Rules

The official CartMC Minecraft Server Rules are available at:

By playing on CartMC, you agree to follow all server rules published on the official rules page. The rules may be updated at any time, and continued use of the server constitutes acceptance of any changes.

General expectations include:

• Be respectful to all players and staff.

• No cheating, exploiting, duplicating items, or use of third-party modifications that provide unfair advantages.

• Keep chat appropriate for a 12+ community.

• No harassment, bullying, discrimination, or targeted abuse.

• Follow all instructions from staff immediately.

Staff may take action including warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans for violations.

1. Store Policy (Summary)

By purchasing from the CartMC Minecraft Store, you agree to the following:

3.1 Products

• Lifetime ranks, permanent cosmetic products (such as Glows), and Keys are tied to your Minecraft account.

• Permanent cosmetic products and Keys do not provide gameplay advantages unless explicitly stated on the Store.

• Store products may not be sold, advertised, brokered, exchanged, or transferred for real-world currency, digital currency, gift cards, services, or any other form of external compensation.

3.2 Transfers

• Transfers of lifetime ranks and permanent cosmetic products may be requested and are subject to staff approval.

• Transfer requests may be denied if the account is banned, punished, involved in suspicious activity, or if abuse is suspected.

3.3 Payments & Chargebacks

• You must be authorized to use the payment method used for a purchase.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes made without first contacting CartMC support may result in the removal of purchased products and permanent restrictions on future purchases.

• Fraudulent activity, false claims of non-delivery, or payment abuse is prohibited.

3.4 Refunds

• Lifetime ranks are refundable within 24 hours of purchase only if no kits, rank-related items, features, or advantages have been redeemed or used.

• Permanent cosmetic products, including Glows, are refundable within 24 hours of purchase, including after use or activation.

• Keys are refundable within 24 hours of purchase only if they remain valid, unused, and present in the player's inventory.

• Refund requests must be submitted through official CartMC support channels.

3.5 Purchased Items & Exploits

• Physical in-game items obtained through purchases are not eligible for refunds if they have been duplicated, exploited, modified through unauthorized means, or if duplication abuse is suspected.

• CartMC reserves the right to deny any refund request involving duplicated, exploited, or otherwise illegitimate items.

3.6 Reselling Restrictions

• Store products, including ranks, cosmetic products, keys, and purchased in-game items, may not be sold, offered for sale, advertised, brokered, or exchanged for any form of real-world compensation.

• If a player is found attempting to sell or facilitate the sale of a Store product outside of approved in-game mechanics, CartMC may prohibit that player from purchasing the same product or product category in the future.

• Repeated violations may result in additional punishments, including suspension of Store privileges or permanent restrictions on future purchases.

3.7 Feature Changes

• CartMC may modify, replace, or remove rank, cosmetic, or key-related features at any time due to balancing concerns, technical limitations, exploits, or other operational reasons.

• Where appropriate, equivalent features may be provided to maintain overall value.

3.8 Server Access

• Purchases do not grant immunity from server rules.

• Access to purchased features may be suspended, revoked, or disabled in cases of severe rule violations or abuse.

3.9 Tebex Platform

• Purchases are processed through Tebex, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

• Tebex Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable refund policies apply alongside CartMC policies.

3.10 Legal

• Store purchases and related disputes are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, alongside applicable international laws.

• Legal disputes shall be handled under Dutch jurisdiction where applicable.

1. Age & Community Guidelines

• Our Minecraft server is intended for players aged 12 years and older.

• CartMC does not take responsibility for underage users encountering adult content, although we actively moderate and punish inappropriate behavior.

• Users should report unsafe, inappropriate, or suspicious behavior to staff immediately.

• Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising minors who use our services.
