Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all purchases made through the CartMC Minecraft Store ("Store", "we", "us", "our"). By making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1.1. Our Store offers lifetime ranks, which grant in-game benefits for as long as the CartMC server operates.
1.2. Our Store also offers permanent cosmetic products, including but not limited to Glows, which allow players to enable and disable visual effects through an in-game GUI.
1.3. Our Store offers Limited Vehicles, which may be traded with other players as permitted by in-game mechanics.
1.4. Lifetime ranks, permanent cosmetic products, and Limited Vehicles are non-resellable for real-world currency. You may only trade Limited Vehicles with other players within the game.
1.5. Ownership of ranks, cosmetic products, and Limited Vehicles is tied to the Minecraft account used at the time of purchase.
1.6. Permanent cosmetic products, including Glows, and Limited Vehicles are cosmetic or transport features only and do not provide gameplay advantages.
2.1. You may request a transfer of your lifetime rank, permanent cosmetic product (including Glows), or Limited Vehicle to another Minecraft account at any time.
2.2. Transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to staff approval.
2.3. Transfers will not be processed if the original account has an active ban or punishment at the time of the request.
2.4. We reserve the right to deny transfer requests if abuse, exploitation, or suspicious behavior is suspected.
3.1. By completing a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
3.2. Chargebacks or forced payment disputes made after successfully receiving the purchased product, without prior notice to CartMC support, may result in:
The purchased product, rank, glow, Limited Vehicle, or associated in-game items being removed or revoked
A permanent ban of the payment method from future purchases
3.3. Attempting to exploit payment systems or falsely claim non-delivery is considered fraud and may result in further action.
4.1. Lifetime ranks are refundable only within 24 hours of purchase and only if all conditions below are met:
No kits have been redeemed
No rank-related items or features have been obtained or used
No in-game advantages from the rank have been used
4.2. Permanent cosmetic products, including Glows, are refundable within 24 hours of purchase. They can be refunded even after being used or enabled.
4.3. Limited Vehicles are refundable within 24 hours of purchase. Vehicles may also be traded with other players.
4.4. Refund conditions:
Ranks are non-refundable once kits have been redeemed or any rank-related advantages have been used for a duration of 4 to 10 hours after purchase.
Cosmetic products and Limited Vehicles can still be refunded within 24 hours of purchase, even after being used or enabled, provided that:
The item still exists in the player’s inventory
Upon refund, the item will be removed from the account and returned to the Store
4.5. Refund requests must be submitted through the official CartMC support contact options listed below.
5.1. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or remove rank, cosmetic, or vehicle features at any time.
5.2. Feature changes will not reduce the overall value of the rank, cosmetic product, or Limited Vehicle.
5.3. In cases where a feature is removed due to:
Game balance concerns
Technical limitations or issues
Exploits or unfair advantages
A similar or equivalent feature will be provided to maintain overall value.
6.1. Purchasing a rank, cosmetic product, or Limited Vehicle does not grant immunity from server rules.
6.2. Bans, mutes, or other punishments may still be applied regardless of purchase status.
6.3. We reserve the right to suspend, revoke, or disable access to ranks, cosmetic products, or Limited Vehicles in cases of severe rule violations or abuse.
7.1. Our Store operates using Tebex Limited (formerly Buycraft) as an authorized Minecraft server monetization platform.
7.2. All purchases are processed by Tebex and are subject to the Tebex Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, in addition to these Terms.
7.3. Tebex acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Payment information is handled securely by Tebex and its payment providers.
7.4. In the event of a conflict between Tebex policies and these Terms, Tebex policies shall take precedence where legally required.
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, alongside applicable international laws.
8.2. Any legal disputes arising from purchases or use of our services will be handled under Dutch jurisdiction.
9.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
9.2. Continued use of the Store after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
