Our server is cross-platform, community-driven, and officially launched on July 10, 2024. We update regularly to the latest supported Minecraft versions once all necessary features and plugins are compatible.
Currently, CartMC allows access to non-official Minecraft accounts (cracked accounts). However, we reserve official Minecraft usernames for players who own the corresponding Mojang/Microsoft account.
If an official account adopts a username already registered on CartMC, that account may not be accessible without the proper password. For assistance, visit our Technical Support Page.

CartMC sells LifeTime Ranks, which provide permanent access to exclusive features and commands across all CartMC platforms.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
LifeTime Ranks are non-refundable, except under specific refund conditions (see below).
Ranks may be transferred between accounts upon verified request via our Support Request Page.
If your account is permanently banned, your purchased products are not transferable and non-refundable.
Creating or using alternate accounts to evade bans or restrictions is strictly prohibited and may lead to a permanent ban of all related accounts.
CartMC reserves the right to modify or replace store items at any time, ensuring that the value and features remain consistent with the original purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase and will only be accepted under the following conditions:
You accidentally added extra items to your cart before completing the purchase.
You entered an incorrect Minecraft username or linked the wrong account.
The purchased product was permanently removed from all CartMC platforms without replacement.

Refund requests made after 72 hours will not be accepted.
Any attempt to charge back, dispute, or reverse a payment will result in:
A permanent ban from the CartMC store, and
A ban of your associated payment method and accounts.
All website content, including logos, guides, tutorials, designs, and other materials, are the property of CartMC and protected under applicable copyright laws.
You may not copy, redistribute, or use CartMC content without explicit permission from the site administration.
Minecraft and all related assets are trademarks of Mojang Studios / Microsoft, and CartMC is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft in any way.
CartMC is provided “as is.” While we strive to ensure uptime and data integrity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free experiences.
CartMC is not liable for losses arising from technical issues, server downtime, account misuse, or third-party interference.
CartMC may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or server after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
