To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, CartMC staff may take action against users who:
Create alternate accounts (alts) to bypass rules or bans.
Use bots or engage in spam in chat, forums, or Discord.
Post inappropriate content, including usernames, messages, topics, or replies.
Actions may include:
Warnings
Temporary or permanent bans
Username changes
Account deletion in cases of bot accounts, repeated violations, or inappropriate behavior
All actions depend on the severity of the situation, and staff decisions are final.

General expectations include:
Be respectful to all players and staff.
No cheating, exploiting, or use of third-party mods that give unfair advantages.
Keep chat appropriate for a 12+ community.
No harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
Follow all instructions from staff immediately.
Staff may take action including mutes, kicks, or bans for violations.

Respect all members and staff.
No NSFW, inappropriate, or offensive content.
No spam, advertising, or bot abuse.
Follow channel-specific rules and Discord Terms of Service.
Violations may result in warnings, mutes, or bans.
By purchasing from the CartMC Minecraft Store, you agree to the following:
Lifetime ranks, permanent cosmetic products (e.g., Glows), and limited vehicles are tied to your Minecraft account.
These items do not provide gameplay advantages (cosmetic/transport only).
Items cannot be resold for real money. In-game trades are allowed for limited vehicles only.
Transfers of ranks, Glows, or vehicles require staff approval.
Requests are denied if the account is banned or suspicious activity is detected.
You must be authorized to use your payment method.
Chargebacks without prior contact may result in removal of purchased items and permanent purchase restrictions.
Fraudulent activity is prohibited.
Lifetime ranks: Refundable within 24 hours, if unused.
Cosmetics & Vehicles: Refundable within 24 hours, even if used.
Refunds must be submitted via official CartMC support channels.
CartMC may modify or remove features at any time due to balance, technical issues, or exploits.
Equivalent features will be provided to maintain value.
Purchases do not grant immunity from server rules.
Access may be suspended for severe rule violations.
Purchases are processed via Tebex, which handles payments and acts as Merchant of Record.
Tebex policies apply alongside these Terms.
Governed by The Netherlands laws.
Legal disputes resolved under Dutch jurisdiction.
Our Minecraft server is intended for players 12 years and older.
CartMC does not take responsibility for underage users encountering adult content, though we actively restrict and punish such situations.
Always engage respectfully and report unsafe behavior to staff immediately.
